Di cosa si sta parlando concretamente?Per questo primo incontro ci soffermeremo insieme, sotto la guida del nostro abile Tesoriere, sulla grafica: come creare gli eventi sul nostro sito con locandine ecc.? quali sono le modalità d'impaginazione della rivista di ELSA Trento? ...in modo da trasmettervi le conoscenze da noi già acquisite e sperando di invogliarvi a collaborare e portare la vostra eventuale esperienza in campo!  Nelle prossime Riunioni Soci, ciascuna dedicata alle varie aree di competenza, vi insegneremo ad esempio:- Come si sceglie e si contatta un relatore per una conferenza...- Quali sono le tecniche di marketing per chiedere sponsorizzazioni presso studi legali, bar, librerie...- Come si inoltra una richiesta di fondi presso l'Opera Universitaria...- Come si organizza uno STEP - Student Trainee Exchange Program- o un tirocinio...- e tanto altro!  L'intento è quello di sollecitare la vostra curiosità e attiva partecipazione non solo alle nostre attività, ma anche alla vera e propria organizzazione delle stesse..!!

DESCRIPTION:IN NOME DEL POPOLO ITALIANO...  ...La difesa dell'ordinamento e il rispetto delle libertà.  Giovedì 17 novembre 2011, nell'Aula B della facoltà di giurisprudenza presso l'università degli Studi di Trento si terrà LA conferenza, il fiore all'occhiello degli eventi ELSiani organizzati per il primo semestre accademico.  L'argomento, introdotto dal professore dell'Università degli Studi di Trento Gabriele Fornasari, è dei più spinosi: si tratta dei limiti cui il diritto penale è sottoposto in un sistema democratico e costituzionale, ma che faticano a mantenersi rispettati davanti a fenomeni che non solo violano la legge, ma lo fanno con l'intenzione di scardinare il sistema politico e sociale che l'ordinamento giuridico rappresenta e protegge. La questione sarà affrontata attraverso due tematiche particolarmente esemplificative e che riguardano da vicino la realtà italiana: la criminalità organizzata di stampo mafioso e i reati cosiddetti “culturalmente motivati”, che sono tali per la legge italiana (e in generale per i sistemi giuridici “occidentali”) ma non per coloro che li commettono in un'ottica di giustizia talvolta caratterizzata da marcati connotati religiosi.   Tra gli ospiti d'eccezione:  Fabio BASILE, Professore associato di diritto penale presso l'Università Statale di Milano  Piergiorno MOROSINI, Giudice per le indagini preliminari presso il Tribunale di Palermo.

Dal titolo: “COME SI DIVENTA…PUBBLICO MINISTERO?” mercoledì 8 novembre 2011, dalle ore 18.00 alle 19.30, presso la facoltà di Giurisprudenza dell’Università degli Studi di Trento, si terrà il nostro primo COP.   Per questo primo appuntamento, ad illustrarci la carriera del magistrato ed in particolare quella del pubblico ministero, interverrà il PM di Trento, Marco Gallina, cui gli studenti e tutti gli interessati potranno rivolgere domande e curiosità, dopo un’introduzione sulla professione.   A seguire, nei prossimi incontri, altri COP sulle Forze dell’Ordine e sulle figure del criminologo, del giornalista e tanto altro…   Vi aspettiamo numerosi come sempre!
